BOOKING CONDITIONS: to confirm the reservation, a credit card number or a bank transfer is required for payment. The management reserves the right to charge, upon confirmation, a deposit or the balance of the stay at the agreed price.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Our cancellation policy is a bit strict because Villa Clementina has few rooms available. We hope that the guest will understand our needs. The Customer can change the dates of the reservation due to force majeure or health problems up to 7 days before the day of arrival. The management reserves the right to change the dates of the stay according to availability or to issue vouchers for the amount paid. There are no refunds of deposits paid as a deposit. In case of no show, 100% of the total amount will be charged to the customer's credit card.
